Step 1

Make a parent PIN.

Everything in Chore Check sits behind this. Your kid never sees it.

Add a reset email too, in case you forget it.

Step 2

Pick the chores that matter.

Turn on the ones you actually care about. Skip the rest.

Step 3

Photograph each one done right.

This is the important bit. Your photo becomes the answer key the AI compares against.

A chore stays off until you've added its photo.

Step 4

Choose which apps lock.

Pick them in Apple's own app picker. Learning apps can be marked always allowed.

Emergency calls always get through.

Step 5

Set the days and free time.

Choose which days each chore is due, and how long a pass unlocks the apps for.

That's the whole setup.

Now it runs itself. Chore due → apps lock → kid sends a photo → AI checks it → apps unlock.
